Alzheimer and Dementia care
Alzheimer and Dementia care
At Spring Consult, we have provided dementia care for our clients for several years. During this time, we have developed a genuine understanding of the needs of an individual affected by the condition.
There is always a lot to learn when providing dementia care. Considering this, we continue to train our carers and work closely with organisations like Dementia UK to develop our training programmes, enabling us to better provide help for our customers and ongoing support for carers.
Our highly trained carers know all about the different types and stages of the condition. They have experience helping people and their families cope with the challenges that caring for someone with dementia can bring. We are fully committed to helping people living with dementia, and offering excellent support within their own homes is our core focus.

Spring Consult Person-Centred Dementia Care
Did you know?
Spring Consult has considerable experience supporting clients with dementia; over 50% of our elderly customers suffer from the condition. Coming to terms with this illness is very difficult for those affected by it and their loved ones. Seeking support for a loved one is one of the most challenging decisions you can encounter, and coming to terms with the idea of someone new coming into their home can cause anxiety.
Our dementia support offers a compassionate service throughout the whole process. Our friendly team of carers will talk you through all elements of our person-focused care service. When we provide home care, we see our clients as people and maintain sensitivity to their emotions, feelings, likes and dislikes. Everyone is different, and every service needs to be tailored to the individual.
Our carers are enthusiastic and committed to offering unconditional support to people with dementia, helping them live comfortably within the environment they’re most familiar with – their own homes. We recognise the importance of someone’s home in their life; they’re a place of memories and comfort. When offering support for someone with dementia, this continuity, security, and consistency is crucial.
Why Choose Our Carers?
There are over a hundred different variations of this illness. For more than twenty years, we have provided live-in support for people affected by Alzheimer’s, Frontal Temporal, Lewy Body, Vascular and more.
Our carers go through a rigorous training programme before becoming part of our team here at Spring Consult. This is completed at our Centre of Excellence and through programmes developed alongside Dementia UK. Here, they learn to deal with the challenges of caring for someone with dementia.
Our team of carers have contact with our Dementia experts. We encourage carers and our clients’ families to call the Spring Consult helpline if they need guidance or have questions.

Dementia Home Care Services
With our domiciliary care services, we can help with daily household tasks, such as preparing meals, cleaning, running errands, and administering medication. However, as well as providing nursing-led dementia care for our customers, our friendly carers also offer full-time companionship. By playing board games, talking over a cup of tea, or going for a stroll in the park, we ensure we prioritise our client’s happiness. Through this warm, person-centred approach, we have built our reputation.
Unlike other home care agencies, our carers will offer dementia care within the home for several weeks before taking a break. This allows the carer to bond and builds a relationship with the person they’re caring for. Some of our carers have worked with their client for years. If a carer happens to fall ill or needs to take a break, we will ensure that there’s always another qualified professional to step in temporarily. You can rest assured that your loved ones will never be left unsupported.
Dementia Action Alliance
Spring Consult is proud to have a working plan with the Dementia Action Alliance, which consists of over 700 organisations committed to transforming the quality of life of people living with the condition in the UK and the millions of people who care for them.
If you’re considering dementia live-in care, you can rely on our carers to consistently deliver support to the highest possible standards.
