Domiciliary Care Personally Tailored to You
We provide person-centred home care services that are tailored to your needs.
Care You Can Trust
When creating a care package, we only assign highly skilled HCAs or Nurses who have special training in caring for children or who are experienced in managing the specific conditions and clinical care requirements of the child in their care.
Staff are chosen specifically to meet the individual requirements of parents and their families. For example, if your child likes football, we would try to find staff who share this interest, so trust and rapport can develop quickly and efficiently to optimise care outcomes. Our paediatric nurses or skilled carers deliver any special training required to meet your child’s care needs.
All our staff undergo the necessary rigorous legal, professional and child safeguarding checks so you can have confidence in both their character and capabilities. All tasks and processes performed are overseen by a specialist paediatric nurse who regularly mentors, monitors, and assesses staff.

Innovation of our service
The development of our clinical educators, aside from the nurse manager role, has made us unique in our service delivery. Each care package is managed by a clinical nurse manager who will prepare risk assessments, care plans, work in partnership with the family and support the care workers allocated to care for the child or young person.
Social Care Packages
Our children and young people frequently require care packages supporting several conditions involving learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and medical health ailments. We work closely with social services and case managers to provide home help and short breaks for families. We offer contact supervision on request.
All our carers will have the relevant compliance, experience, and background before undertaking a placement in a person’s home, ensuring continuity and reliability to build confidence and trust.
